Project title Studies of planar nanowire arrays as basis for new generation ICT devices
Summary Development of novel nanowire array fabrication via Atomic Terrace Low Angle Shadowing (ATLAS). Utilisation of ATLAS to fabricate planar arrays of both magnetic and semiconductor nanowires for possible applications in ICT logic and memory devices.
