Biography

Peter is an experienced analytical chemist with a BSc. In Industrial Chemistry from the University of Limerick and an MSc.in Pharmaceutical Analysis from Trinity College Dublin. Peter has 6 years' experience in analytical roles with STADA Pharmaceuticals (Ireland) specialising in Analytical Method Development, ICH Stability Studies, New Product Introductions and Tech Transfer. In 2012, Peter moved to the School of Pharmacy at Trinity College Dublin where he was employed as an SFI funded Industrial Research Fellow working on variety of targeted projects investigating pharmaceutical stability. Peter has published a total of thirteen peer reviewed articles covering developments in pharmaceutical technology, physical stability and pharmaceutical solid-state chemistry. He has also presented his work at multiple international seminars, workshops and conferences. Peter was employed as a Technical Expert at Cuspor Ltd. where he wass responsible for all projects, studies, product deveolpment and technical queries. Peter has over 8 years' experience in risk-based stability modelling and has completed in excess of 30 APS studies on behalf of industrial clients and for academic projects. Peter is currently employed in the NatPro Centre for Natural Products Research in the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences
