Dr. Justin King

Justin was awarded the PhD degree from UCD for his doctoral thesis on Nonlinear electrothermal equivalent circuit modelling of AlGaN/GaN devices with applications to power amplifier design in 2012. He then commenced a postdoctoral research fellowship in the UCD RF and Microwave Research Group and continued to work on RF device simulation and modelling, and in 2014, he was appointed as an Assistant Professor in the UCD School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering. In 2019, Justin joined the TCD Electronic and Electrical Engineering Deparment as an E3 Assistant Professor. He continues to work on RF device modelling, he is a senior member of the IEEE, and has severed on several national and international technical programme committees.
