Research Fellow and lead of Social & Community research at the Trinity Centre for Ageing and Intellectual Disability (TCAID) and the Intellectual Disability Supplement to The Irish Longitudinal Study on Ageing (IDS-TILDA. I have a particular interest in the social inclusion of people with intellectual disability, and my research explores different aspects of their interpersonal relationships and participation in community. Other interests include person-centered planning, caring and future care planning, inclusive methodologies, and sociological questions of community, inclusion and social capital.
