Irene Mosca joined the TILDA team in 2010 and since then she has been working on a number of papers focusing on: the impact of obesity on employment opportunities; socioeconomic gradient in self-reported and objective health measures; (return) migration and mental health; (return) migration and social isolation and loneliness; the impact of increasing the State Pension Age and the economic recession on retirement expectations; and patterns of "don't knows" in response to pensions-related questions. At present, she is funded by an HRBís Interdisciplinary Capacity Enhancement (ICE) award aimed at investigating issues relating to labour market and financial outcomes and mental health.
