| Description of Research Interests |
| To unravel the unknown physical processes that lead to mass loss from red giants and supergiants, and the interpretation of convection induced stellar activity through high spectral and spatial resolution observations. Specializations include the study of spectral line formation under non-classical non-equilibrium conditions, the analysis of interferometric and spectral observations through radiative transfer simulations, and multi-wavelength observations across the electromagnetic spectrum: from radio, infrared, optical, ultraviolet, through to X-rays. |
