My research area is theoretical high energy physics with emphasis on such fundamental questions as the relation between string theory and quantum field theories, and issue of stability of nonsupersymmetric string theories. Last few years I have been mainly interested in understanding classical and quantum integrability of string theory on AdS5 × S5, finding Bethe Ansatz for quantum strings, analyzing multi-spin solitonic string solutions and using them to study some problems in nonperturbative gauge theory via the AdS/CFT (or string theory/gauge theory) correspondence. I also have interests in many-body integrable systems, quantum qroups and deformation quantization of Poisson algebras, see refs. [22-31] in the list of my publications.
