Dr. Gerard Boyle

Adjunct Associate Professor (Clinical Medicine)

 


Dr. Gerard Boyle is a Principal Physicist at St. James's Hospital with a special interest in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). He is an electronics engineer by background, with an MSc in Biomedical Engineering and a PhD in the optical measurement of eye movements. He directs the MSc in Physical Sciences in Medicine at Trinity College and is the SJH scientific director for the Centre for Advanced Medical Imaging (CAMI) MRI research centre at St. James's.
